Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to our
standards. - Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef develop new dishes and menus.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they are meeting our standards of
quality and efficiency. - Experience, working quickly, physical stamina, creative flair, flexible schedule,
strong communication, organisational skills and team mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
environment. - The necessary qualifications as well as food handling certification.
- Good communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the English language and one other language will be considered an
asset.
