Chef De Partie

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to our
    standards.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef develop new dishes and menus.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they are meeting our standards of
    quality and efficiency.
  • Experience, working quickly, physical stamina, creative flair, flexible schedule,
    strong communication, organisational skills and team mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
    environment.
  • The necessary qualifications as well as food handling certification.
  • Good communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the English language and one other language will be considered an
    asset.
