The Story

Hammett’s Collection is a group of restaurants and establishments founded by award-
winning Chef and restauranteur Chris Hammett in 2010.

Chris Hammett partnered with Von der Heyden Group’s investments in 2018, namely IBB
Hotel Collection, a dynamic international hospitality company in multiple European
countries.

Hammett’s Mestizo offers a vibrant fusion dining and drinking experience inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of Meso-South America. It incorporates flavours from Central America, the Caribbean, the Andes, the Amazon, and Patagonia.

Hammett’s Monastik delivers a taste of continental Europe with a modern twist on traditional mainland European dishes. The restaurant is committed to sustainability, utilising organic, seasonal produce from local farmers, preserving crops for use during the off-season, and minimising meat waste to craft simple yet flavourful meals. Traditional cooking methods, such as wood-fired grills and ovens, add a distinctive touch to the dining experience.
